Pensions Administrator

We currently need an additional member to join the pension administration department with our client based in Douglas.  This is a fantastic opportunity for someone to join a super employer and team.

Consideration will be given to candidates coming from a Trust, Banking or IFA background who are willing to train.

Inputting bank statements and entries on the computerised accounting system
Opening and monitoring bank and investment accounts
Dealing with investment portfolios, valuations and inputting contract notes etc.
Arranging investment encashments
Managing changes of investment provider
Loan interest calculations and dealing with loan documentation
Payment of property expenses, rates etc
Update of quarterly summary spreadsheets
Maintaining an interest rate sheet that we have collating various institutional rates
Establishing online banking
Managing sign off of company minutes
Assisting with administration following the death of a pension scheme member or trustee
Completing FATCA/CRS forms for various institutions
Client risk reviews
