Accounts Receivable Administrator (temporary)

We have an exciting opportunity for a candidate to join the Finance team with our client based in Douglas.

The key purpose for the role is to reduce accounts that are outstanding and provide administrative support to the Credit Control department with tasks to include:

• Liaise with customers by telephone and face to face who are in debt working out repayment plans etc.
• Set up and monitor payment arrangements with guidelines.
• Daily updating of customer information on the computer system from various sources including telephone, letters and emails.

Candidates will:
• Have excellent customer service skills.
• Extensive administrative knowledge with experience in a customer focused or similar industry environment.
• Have strong Credit Control, Billing and Accounts Receivable experience.
• Strong written skills.
• Good IT skills experience including Microsoft Word, Excel and Oracle.
