Our Client an International Bank is looking for Personal Bankers 

You will:

  • Be the face of the bank for client contact through a variety of channels, providing excellent customer service at all times and treating all clients with respect and empathy. Where possible, always aim to 'delight' the customer and provide an enhanced
  • Provide a high level of customer service to IPB Banking clients, taking ownership for resolving a wide range of queries and requests via telephone and E-mail as appropriate
  • Ensure adherence to all service standards and service level agreements with both the external and internal clients
  • Ensure a right first time approach to all work, and the accurate and timely completion of all databases and systems used to drive MI and business reports
  • Recognise client complaints / incidents and attempted frauds, and ensure appropriate hand-off / resolution
  • Always look for innovative solutions to further develop the service/products we offer, and the lean opportunities available within existing processes
