Customer Service Administrator

Our client is a progressive ebusiness based in Douglas but working on a global scale.  We operate a 24/7 Customer Service helpdesk and are currently seeking evening staff.  

The role will require customer service to be provided at a very high level over the telephone, live chat and our internal ticket system.

Customer service experience is desirable although training will be given but applicants must be IT literate and comfotable dealing with people.  Applicants for this role must be over 18 years of age.

Hours are 4pm to 12pm on a rolling shift basis of "four on, four off" so weekend work will be included.
